Josh is an actor, writer and producer. He's appeared in numerous films, television shows and on stage. Notably in MA RAINEY’S BLACK BOTTOM for Netflix, directed by George C. Wolfe, opposite Matthew McConaughey in Stephen Gaghen’s GOLD, opposite Tom Hanks in Steven Spielberg’s BRIDGE OF SPIES, with Michael Sheen and Sam Jackson in Gregor Jordan’s controversial film, UNTHINKABLE, as 'Coleman Reese' in Christopher Nolan’s THE DARK KNIGHT and opposite Ryan Gosling in Henry Bean’s THE BELIEVER. Josh attended Circle in the Square Theatre School, and has premiered plays for John Guare, Doug Hughes, Leah Gardiner and Edward Berkley among others. In television as a writer and producer, he has developed TV pilots for CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, MTV SHOWTIME and Netflix. His show MEMPHIS BEAT ran for two seasons on TNT with George Clooney’s Smokehouse Pics producing and starring Jason Lee and Alfre Woodard. In film, as a producer, his 1st feature THE LIFEGUARD was accepted into the US Dramatic Competition at Sundance in 2013. His 2nd feature, ONE PERCENT MORE HUMID staring Juno Temple, Julia Garner, Maggie Siff and Alessandro Nivola premiered at Tribeca in 2017.
